Blue Poppy Felted Bowl
Having finished my flower bowl in time for the felting group meet on Sunday I now have a picture of it, it reminds me somewhat of the lovely blue poppies that I had at one time in my garden, hopefully the bowl will last a bit longer! I have added embroidery to the inside and also needle felted wool and silk fibres to both surfaces. I might have a go at making a ‘poppy’ one next time as I have some really beautiful oriental poppies in the garden at the moment.
